Michael C. Moore is a Boise attorney and historian. He grew up in Lewiston, graduated from Dartmouth College and the University of Idaho College of Law and has practiced law in Idaho since 1968. He is a co-founder of the Boise law firm Moore Smith Buxton & Turcke, Chartered. He received an M.A. in history from Boise State University in 2009, with emphasis on Idaho political history of the Progressive Era. Moore also serves on the board of the Frank Church Institute.
